Help Make a Difference

Join us in making sure the babies and toddlers we assist stay clean, dry, and healthy. We aim to collet 35,000 diapers by March 12, 2025. 

  • Purchase diapers from our Amazon Wish List or other online retailer and ship directly to 3833 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46208 
  • Drop off diapers at the nearest Villages’ office location. (Call the office prior to set a delivery date/time.)

Host a Diaper Drive

Involve your community! Host a diaper drive at work, school, church, team, etc. Deliver diapers to the closest Villages office.

Clean diapers are a basic need of every baby and toddler.

Diaper insecurity is a troubling reality. According to the National Diaper Bank Network, 1 in 2 U.S. families with young children cannot afford enough diapers to keep their infant or child clean, dry, and healthy. 1 in 4 parents miss work or school because they can’t afford the diapers required to leave their baby in childcare.

Without clean diapers:

  • babies are more vulnerable to painful rashes and infections
  • mothers are at risk for increased maternal depression
  • parents are unable to access childcare
  • parents miss work or school

At The Villages of Indiana in 2024:

  • 11% of the young adults participating in our Older Youth Services program were parenting or expecting a child.
  • 47% of the children served in foster care were age 4 or under.
  • Of the 2,647 Healthy Families participants, nearly 100% had at least one child in diapers.
