Wellness Day is a free community event designed to help families prepare for a strong and healthy start to the school year.
Free On-Site Services
- Physicals ($10 each)
- Well-child checks
- Hearing & vision screenings
- Immunizations
- Dental exams
- Free for Medicaid members
- Just $20 for those without insurance
- Lead testing
- Height & weight measurements

- Access to valuable community resources from prenatal to teen.
Who Should Attend?
This event is open to all families in the Indianapolis area, especially those who may be uninsured, underinsured, or covered by Medicaid. No appointment necessary but we highly recommend registering for immunizations and dental exams in advance to ensure your service.
Immunizations
- All vaccines will be available to infants, children and adults.
